I came in for inflammation and pain in my ankle. The doctor seemed more interested in selling me expensive products than listening to me of treating the root cause of the problem. Dr. Kerch sells shoes and other orthopedic devices in her store, thus creating a huge conflict of interest.Although this is the least of my complaints, the doctor was incredibly unprofessional, making no attempt to introduce or identify herself during my first visit and chewing gum loudly the whole time she was doing the exam.I later found visiting... read more
