As a psychiatrist my treatment decisions are guided by an appreciation of the whole person, not only their symptoms.

I love Dr Innis! She is compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. She is thoughtful and never judgmental! Never didactic, she has encouraged me to understand my issues myself, and that has made all the difference! A wonderful practitioner!!
I definitely didn't feel respected. She also happened to completely ignore a side effect I was having, with my vision none the less. It was god awful, and I now have a medication (healthgrades wouldn't let me say) which works. It hindered my abilities at my job and I spoke to her about it often. Never suggested side effect meds, I got it from my new psychiatrist, thank god. It could have cost me even more I believe. She was unhelpful in those matters. She'd trivialize me at family appointments. It was a nightmare all in all.... read more
I wrote a long review and confirmed it on line. I’ll wait to see if it pops up before rewriting it. In the meantime if you are struggling with mental health symptoms or chronic pain this is the Dr to see.. iIn addition she has a great staff who support her dedicated work to relieve mental and subsequent physical pain with new and innovative approaches to both. I only wish that I had met her sooner but I feel blessed to have met her and her staff when I did. TTCP is the place to get compassionate relief from years of struggle... read more
She is the most amazing, compassionate down to earth easy to talk to intelligent, incredibly good at communicating, and I highly highly recommend that you go to TTC psychiatric and nowhere else!!
I first started with Dr. Innes back in 2001 as a freshman in college shortly after 9/11. She was instrumental in getting my anxiety under control & keeping me in school. As the years have passed she has continued to helped me manage my anxiety. She has also seen me through major life events and has helped me manage depression. I am beyond grateful for having her in my life. I don’t know where I would be without her.
Dr Innes is exceptionally intuitive and experienced. At our first session, she challenged the diagnosis or” labels” given by other professionals and treated me accordingly. She has been the only psychiatrist and psychopharmacologist to have helped me in substantially improving my mental health and thus finding the peace I needed.
If you are looking for a psychiatrist I wouldn’t recommend her if you seek passionate care and actually want to get better, if you want compassionate care I would try else where, in my opinion she doesn't care about her patients, in my opinion she pushes pills to get pateints out of the door, allegedly contributed to a patient or mores demise. She really should be doing clinical trials on medication combinations in animals rather than humans.
She had no boundaries. Told me about her personal life. Difficult to reach. Would not recommend.
Helped a patient of mine over many years and I very much respect and appreciate her integration of mainstream medications and alternative natural remedies. She is unusual in her self education in this area and her ability to use both "lines of attack" as well as her warm and well related personality.
