Work at communicating with her and you’ll get 100% resolution! Honestly, our first interaction was bumpy and I immediately thought “she’s not my type”. But I’m SO glad I went back and worked at it. Almost a year later and she is the only Dr. who actually addresses our concerns (meaning does not side-quest), she was the only MD out of 4 others who actually cured my youngest’s reflux and she really helps my oldest by never leaving him in a lurch or allowing him to “slip through cracks”. Not very thorough. It is not very wise for a doctor with this many years to guess the problem. A little work would have made life a lot easier before having to battle the flu over Christmas weekend and day. Once we made it to the ER in the middle of the night on Christmas eve we given the care needed. After calling today to inform them that it was indeed the flu they went into defense mode without even asking how he was. Its almost like you need to know just as much as your Doctor.
