Horrible manners and very rude. My procedure that normally takes twenty to thirty minutes was rushed and she did it in five minutes and the results were horrendous. I highly recommend that you don't see her. Plus she knew she was hirting meand continued to do what she was doing. I left the office in tears. I am shocked she is rated number 1 in pleasant valley, what a shame,
I wanted to write a review for Dr's Lorraine Patten and Eric Christensen from two perspectives. I am currently a patient of theirs but I was also their primary dental laboratory from 2004 - 2009 when I married and took a break from the working world. Most people judge the quality of their dentist on personality and wheather or not they experienced any pain. But I have a different, more technical opinion that comes from having been on the inside.
