Dr. Ryall & Sandy are very friendly and provide a great service. We are very lucky to have this Optometrist in our Commnunity along with his dedicated assistant.
Great eye doctor! Had conjunctivitis and they saw me the next day. Changed my medication from what q doc had prescribed and symptoms started to get better the next day. Friendly and personable doctor.
He is very friendly and personable, but couldn't figure out my prescription. He tested the glasses I got saying they were done correctly to his specifications but I couldn't see properly through them. After retesting my sight and adjusting the prescription I got the glasses to suit. Still couldn't see properly. I struggled for weeks to "adjust" to them by his instructions. I Asked for another possible solution to get glasses that work for me and he would not do anything more to help. Months later I'm still using my old glass... read more
Dr. Lorne was very patient and kind to my grandson who has many eye stigma and did his eye test two times to make sure he gets the lens that work. Very happy with this Dr.
