Wonderful staff, very welcoming, patient, listens to concerns, and has a lot of helpful knowledge from years of experience. They have consistently gone out of their way to accommodate my family. Can’t say enough good about them.
Military Service Members Beware... Impossible to get in touch with, they do not answer their phone, have to go to them in person to get an appointment. Forced into this PCM due to limited Tricare PCM availabilith for our children. She had decent reviews so we figured we would take a chance. We are newly stationed in Tennessee, and our experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. Tricare assigned us to this pediatrician — we did not choose this practice — and when I called to schedule a simple appointment to have my children’s immunization records transferred to the Tennessee form, I was told the earliest availability was March.
