Dr Loren Jones helped me have a baby. I was on a strange medication that caused me to be infertile, fortunately Dr. Jones listened to what I was saying instead of discounting me and put me on Clomid where my count went from essentially 0 to 40 million. The best part is when he recommended Clomid you could see the smile / joy in his face from thinking out of the box and finding a solution.

They just don't seem to care, even to answer the phone. I felt like just a number.

This practice seems to no longer value patients. I would not waste my time. They are impossible to reach by phone (45 minutes on hold) and are unresponsive in their patient portal. I am moving to a different practice. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

Dr Loren is amazing...his office staff, meh. I have called his office at least 12 times and I have never had someone pick up the phone when I call. I have to press 1 to have someone call me back. I feel as if this is their protocol to answering phone calls; let the patient leave a message and then they will call back. I have tried to wait on the phone to see if they will eventually answer, I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes two separate times.
