I called this dental office to ask a simple question, and the experience left me absolutely shocked and angry. The man who answered the phone at the front desk was incredibly rude and impatient. My son & wife visited Dr. Lorder Huang. My son is afraid of the needles and drills, so what should a pediatric dentist do? Dr. Lorder yelled and complained that my son was difficult and it is the mother's fault. Here's the best part -- Dr. Lorder said he couldn't do anything. And charged us anyway.
