My daughter has seen Lora Torres for many years & the receptionists are always the worst not hospitable or welcoming people AT ALL. They do not communicate well with appointments very unorganized staff! They are very passive aggressive & will not work with you in any way possible. My other 2 kids have been seen there & somehow those woman are still very disrespectful I really do hope new staff is put in place. Won’t be going back after this next visit if I could put down 0 stars I would. Please don’t take your kids here they... read more

she is a good doctor, the receptionists are very annoying if they see you Hispanic they talk to you badly and ignore you and make you wait a long time and the worst thing is that they are Hispanic that's what I don't like about the employees across the street!!!!

My son and daughter are and have been patients of Dr. Torres. She is very informative as well as thorough from colds to mental health. Dr. Torres will help you or point you in the direction of who can. Her staff is amazing!

They didn't tell me that my child couldn't eat before her blood work is completed. We found out after when we got into the room to get the blood drawn.

Every time I schedule a visit for my two children, we never see the doctor. The only time you will probably see her is on your first visit and if it a newborn. My first time taking my newborn, the wait time was ridiculous. We were in the room waiting for a long period of time. My appointment was at 830 we didn't get leave the office til about 1030. The whole time she was sitting outside of our room relaxed in the chair chatting with the nurses.

Three different times called in with a very sick child. Told they were booked up and would not see her. Evidently this particular Doctor is getting so busy that she can't take care of patients she has had for 6 years. My little girl had to lay at home for another 24 hours without an antibiotic for what I strongly suspect is strep with 101 degree fever. What ever happened to people caring? I wouldn't recommend . Unfortunately she has hardened office staff.
