Was referred to Dr. Le by my dentist for a root canal re-treatment. Dr. Le and his staff were so kind and friendly. He played music and sang along to some of the songs. Even had me humming along at one point lol! His happy vibes relaxed me and I had a really good experience considering it was a root canal! In and out no problems. Not sure about the bad reviews on here, they’re probably more policy and insurance-based than a personality, quality, ir competency issue.
I can't comment about his work because I was lucky enough to not need any done, but I want to thank Dr. Le for his honesty and integrity. I was referred out to an endodontist by a dentist I had seen for the first time that thought I had a cavity in one tooth and an infection in a neighboring cracked tooth. If you decide not to be seen by them, make sure you cancel in person otherwise pay $150. Even if you call them weeks prior to your appointment to cancel make sure you call days prior. I've been going to other dental practices in the surrounding area, specifically Vista, and everyone I have never been sent to another location for consultation. Outstanding job. Painless quick root canal. Everything was explained in a respectful and informative way.
Do not go here. They do not care about their patients. They are rude and unprofessional in how they talk and communicate with their patients. I got seen by another top tier dentist and got a same day consultation and root canal when I was experiencing serious pain, meanwhile this place said they were unavailable for a month. Dentist was out of office for 3 weeks
