He's was great to bad he retired but Hagan Hastings has taken over there she's fantastic and dedicated.
I went to Dr. Massaglia's office yesterday for maintanance on a filling he did about 8 years ago. Just like in the last visit, the Dr. and his Staff were great. I had no pain whatsoever and was out of the Office within the hour. Great Office!
You like him or you don't. Competent, fair dentist. Good hygienists. You get a kickback if you recommend him to someone and they come in.
While the office staff is friendly, and the hygienist seem competent, I did have to scrape off some stuff after my last cleaning that the hygienist missed. More importantly the dentist is a total of misogynist calling his female staff honey and sweetie along with female clientele. He talks way too much asking questions he expects you to answer with a mouth full of tools. And then laughing way too long at all his own jokes. Kind of made me wonder if he was on something. I switched to Dr. Massaglia after I saw the care with which he handled my Dad, who lost a tooth in a fall. He was suffering Alzheimer's and was treated so patiently and gently. I think he's great, calm and professional - I have anxiety about dental procedure so my recommendation is a double duty thumbs up.
