I called 3 times in August and booked my appointment over the phone with the secretary for mid October .After I went in today, now in mid October, they said no such schedule was placed and my time slot was given away. They have no explanation to why a confirmed reservation is now gone. Extremely unprofessional to confirm a scheduled time with a patient ,have them take half a day off work and not have the appointment slot reserved. Front desk staff needs to be retrained in booking appointments

I usually don’t like to write reviews unless it’s a positive review but I feel I have the responsibility to other patients to leave an honest informative review with regards to a failed root canal treatment I received from dr lo. I am not certain when my root canal was done as I no longer have the record but it was indeed done by Dr lo. Best dentist I've ever had. Procedures are painless and Dr Lo and all the dental hygienists are kind and knowledgeable. They aren't chatting up a storm like other hygenists I've had, they focus on what they are doing.
