Completely insensitive, impersonal & rude. All I asked was if they had an alternative for this one "cuff" or "link" they put on back teeth because it caused me extreme discomfort, & also asked if they could expedite their process on my bottom teeth. The technician walked away & went & whispered to the other & started laughing & no one talked to me for 20+ mins. My daughter had successful orthodontic work done by Dr. Swiedom. What precludes me from ever going back to this orthodontist is the lack of professional support staff. Rude beyond imagination.
9 year daughter had braces with dr. pain (lloyd swiedom). Started suffering when the tightening increased, and would cry as soon she got outside the office. I told her to let them know she was being hurt, so she started grunting when she felt discomfort. The doctor's response: "Stop that. You have been coming here long enough to not do that." Ass! Was very rude and abrasive with my young child. no reason for him to treat people this badly.
He is impersonable, aloof, does not know what he's doing. We were very unhappy with his service, including the outrageous cost. There was always long waiting.
My son and daughter see Dr. Swiedom. Everyone at the office is very helpful and nice. The costs for treatment is about $4500 per child (about 30 months of treatment).
Dr. Swiedom has done both of my son's braces-he is awesome!! My husband is a General Dentist and he thinks Dr. Swiedom is by far the best.
Dr. Swiedom is great with my children! He is funny, makes them laugh, eases any tension that they may have. We hope that Dr. Swiedom is around doing such a wonderful service for many many years!
