Very disappointing. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. Have called 9 times since October to get infusion scheduled for MS treatment. No callback, no communication. I attempted to schedule with the infusion center myself and they stated they have to receive results from the doctor's office before scheduling and cannot get anyone to send labs over.
