Dr. Garcia was the doctor at the wound care center in Lorain, OH. Worst decision I have ever made to take my husband there. Did not even bother to look at his wound. Worst bed side manner ever, did not even answer our questions. His nurse was laughing as we walked out. Will not be back.
He has no personality or bedside manner. Like talking to a dead fish. Tells you nothing. Taking my mother to him will be one of the biggest regrets of my life. He doesn’t know what he is doing. I wish we had proceeded with a lawsuit. I wouldn’t take my dog to him. Go elsewhere.
He is a poor communicator, doesn't interact with his patients, gives no eye contact when he does speak, and doesn't give you information re: procedures he recommends; questions are answered with 1-2 word answers. He doesn't show empathy for his patients; never, in all 12 visits, was he on time, twice not even in the building until 40 min after my appointment was scheduled. I have never seen him smile...who doesn't smile once in a while????
Very focused. Will answer any question. Come across as very calm and profesional. Office staff is great.
