The doctor was very rude and condescending to my husband and my 6 year old son. She did not take accountability for the error that was made at the front desk. She was nasty and she spoke harshly in front of my 6 year old child. She became frustrated and just walked out of the room. I've never encountered such disrespect by a doctor especially dealing with a child's health.
My first visit and my last to this office. The front staff is friendly and courteous. The doctor we saw was Dr. Liya Ostrow she is very unprofessional and rude. Briefly comes in to the room to tell us our son needs surgery does not want to answer any questions we had and treated us like we are some third world citizens. Two of my friends bring their kids to Dr. Liya and have recomended her to me. I have to tell you, I was so impressed. After being kicked out of 2 dental offices I almost gave up hope, but dr. Liya changed all of that. Her patience, humor and natural way with kids has completely transformed my son. He had two baby root canals done, two crowns and one extraction and at the end he told me "mom i didnt even get a shot".
