Very unproffesional staff. I came across Drs youtube video which apparently needs to be updated. Dr. only works on Mondays and Tuesdays and every other Saturday. Strange that someone scheduled me for an off Saturday. Luckily I called to confirm my own appointment that didn't exist. Called the following Monday (after no one called me back to apologize). to be told we don't have a lot of room for new patients.

Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
