Unfortunately, I need to change my previously positive review of this dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Wat for many years, but the problems began with my Invisalign treatment and continued when I decided to get an implant. Her staff sent me for a 3-D scan for dental work and entered the wrong tooth/side on the requisition. This type of scan is not covered by insurance, and because of their mistake I was left paying $350 out of pocket. They refused to reimburse me despite the error being entirely on their end. Great location, nice office, kind staff and great experience overall
My husband and I have been fortunate to have been under the care of Dr. Lisa Wat ever since she took over the practice, perhaps twenty years ago. She is an amazing dentist, gentle and knowledgeable, and who shows an interest in our entire wellbeing. We completely trust her expertise and advice on our dental health. Besides, it’s not every patient who can say they have a “singing dentist “! Thank you, Lisa, for your many years of care.
Booking appointments at this place can be challenging as it seems you have to fit your schedule to the dental office's availability. I've had a hard time getting appointments for my family, especially my kids on school PA days and during Christmas Break. Dr. Wat is consistently unavailable on PA days, and the office is closed for Christmas Break from Dec 22nd - Jan 4th.
