Terrible office with terrible policies. STAY AWAY. Dr. Sullivan isn't even in the office ever and you will be talking with a PA who will then just play phone tag with the doctor for all information. The worst, however, is that even after calling and paying them money to settle all the outstanding balances to be done with the office, they will send you to collections claiming you owe them for services rendered before that payment date. If I could leave zero stars that is what I would do. Today I had a appt at the office of a so called Dr. Lisa Sullivan. I have not seen the doctor on multiple visits. When I asked on past visits if I can sit in on the consultation with the Dr. and the practitioner I’m told that is not standard operating procedures. Is there really a Dr. Sullivan? Never saw Dr Sullivan in 2 years. She doesn't really see any patients anymore according to their staff. Only new practitioners see you. And they charge for every phone call for any questions. Billing POLICY IS A FRAUD at this office. And they force you to come in the office just so they can bill you. Other wise they can easily do online consulting yearly. We even got our blood test results and they will simply wont discuss them via telehealth unless we come in the office so they can bill us for in office visit. They don't ca... read more
***BEWARE OF BILLING POLICY*** My daughter had been seeing Dr. Sullivan’s clinic for many years. She would be seen in the clinic once a year (typically late spring/early summer after school is out) for her annual review and medication refills. Every year we would pay an office visit copay and a lab copay. Then Covid 19 hit and we were forced to do her annual visit via telehealth. Great, no problem.
