I was a patient of Dr. Lisa Sullivan when she recommended that I receive allergy shots. Before I would commit to the shots, I was assured by her and her staff that my shots were covered by my insurance company at 100%. Otherwise I would have declined. I have only had two office visits but was sporadically being charged for unexplained charges on three different occasions in less than a year.
