Dr Steffes personally is a very good vet however her staff is NOT..thanks to the staff my cat did not stand any chance and is dead! When I call with an emergency and you won't schedule an appointment for 3 weeks...that is NOT acceptable. I have been coming there since that clinic opened and will find other arrangements thanks to your UNCARING staff!
