Our insurance changed, had new apt set up three weeks in advance with this Dr. And her office closed! No one had the decency to call me? Unprofessional. Now to find another quickly for my som.
So....my grandson has over 50+ food allergies, medicine allergies, latex, vinyl ect... I've been waiting for an appointment for him with this office due to his dental decay from having a feeding tube... they called and left a message and wanted to ask questions before the appointment but I was with him in okc at another doctors appointment and forgot to call back. Showed up at the appointment time today and he wasn't scheduled, they had completely removed him due to not answering a phone call. ..they didn't offer to reschedu... read more
The worst ever experience with my child....they not only didn't let me go back with my child.. but I could hear her crying from the waiting room when I asked to go back they refused.. needless to say I demanded the service end momentarily! The dentist herself is rude and has no respect the other parents in the waiting room were just as concerned as me of their children...what does a dentist do that a Parent can't be in the room? In my book this dentist doesn't deserve the one star.
