Extremely disappointed. Scheduled a month in advance an appointment was not recorded in their system. I showed up and used my last sick day at work and they had no record of my appointment so I wasted a day. Very unprofessional and not the first time that communication has been poor.

UPDATE*** After reading other low reviews, i’ve taken back my star, it doesn’t matter how clean of a waiting room is, to treat multiple people the way i was treated, and not even take the time to check your reviews and try to remedy situations like this is insane, and shows a lack of care of personal care for patients and professionalism. My first appointment as a new patient was June 6, 2024 at noon with Dr. Tarin. Prior to my appointment, I received several reminders. I arrived at 1145a and checked in. I didn’t see Dr. Tarin til 1:50p which was 2 hours later and by that time, my BP was extremely elevated. Dr. Tarin ordered blood work and I came back to their lab the following Wednesday, June 12. Excellent care, sharing, office staff is friendly and always answers my questions with kindness. I will refer my family/friends to this Medical Office. Dr. Lisa is terrific, she is very insightful, has a smile that lights up the room and has always taken care of my Healthcare issues 😀.
