Everyone is so nice and helpful! They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed!!
This outfit has owed us over 1700 dollars for months and months and refuses to send a check. Insurance is a hassle and they cannot seem to use the phone. No matter the dental service, customer service matters. Don't use if expect to be treated fairly.
Told me I had cavities. I did not. They just wanted to drill my healthy teeth. Luckily I got a second opinion. They do this all the time. Now they are leaving replies saying they rely on diagnostic imaging and professional judgment. Look, once might be an accident. Twice might be a coincidence. But I know FOUR different people who were diagnosed with suspiciously large numbers of cavities that mysteriously disappeared when a second opinion was obtained.
