Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Would you recommend this pain management specialist to others? Yes

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. I had to wait over an hour twice for Dr. Mancuso . I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
