Dr. Kokontis was very thorough in her explanation of the treatment process. I felt at ease after the appointment and she carefully answered all the questions (and I had many) that I presented her with. She was genuine, provided eye contact and showed compassion. I'm at peace knowing the level of care that will be provided during the extensive treatment plan. Thank you, Dr. Kokontis!!
