Absolutely amazing. Anyone who needs help with there eyes needs to go here. The front end staff and super nice and Dr. Lo definitely knows her stuff. Got my glasses fast and they were correct the first time. Id give 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend this location.
Dr. Lo is a wonderful optometrist, but unfortunately, her front desk staff is completely incompetent. I showed up on time with my children for a family appointment for four, only to be told our appointments had been cancelled! Without my knowledge or consent. I never cancelled anything. When I asked what happened, the receptionist blamed it on “miscommunication” and a receptionist in training. No accountability, no ownership, and most importantly, no apology. Nice doctor
Excellent doctor for young and old. Works patiently to ensure that tests are accurate. Professional and friendly staff. My family and I visit annually and service is exceptional, e.g. warranty service on frames and lens, processing health coverage, etc.
