I was a patient and received a letter that she was retiring. Now I see she is accepting new patients? I was courteous and thought she was a good Dr. That cared. Now I am very upset that they obviously just don't care about patients and just get rid of them with a letter.
Dr Dockter is one of the most knowledgeable and thorough providers I've ever known. She takes so much time with her patients to understand the full picture. She's amazing!!
I always have the best experience with Lisa Docktor. She listens to my concerns and give me medical guidance as I need at the time. She make me feel like a friend mot a patient. She tell me the truth and doesn't candy-coat anything.
Dr. Lisa takes her time with her patients. She doesn't see you as a medical problem but as a whole person. I appreciate the way she digs deep to get to the roots of an issue. She has been my medical provider for years, and I have always felt that I could not receive better care anywhere.
She has been my first line for so many years, I can't remember. I have seen her since the "90's at least. Dr. Lisa cares about her patients, thinks about them and their problems. She also knows that there is a real world where they have to live. She allows that everything in their lives may be not be perfect: money might be a problem, transportation, etc. Dr. Lisa is very willing to call on a specialist, accept the patient's preference. There is no better family doctor, anywhere. Hubby says"Amen
First review I've ever left in my life. Dr. Dockter is the best. I live in California now, and I miss her so much. She always trusted my opinion when it came to my healthcare, and was the ONLY doctor that was ever able to draw blood from my little girl. Seriously. I love this woman.
Fantastic! She's extremely personable, comfortable to be with, and interested in her patient's health...and life. Hands down, Dr. Lisa Dockter is the best doctor I've ever had! She explains things thoroughly and takes her time with her patients. Sometimes the wait is long to see her but definitely worth it (take a good book!). She doesn't fob you off with any diagnosis...she is thorough and researches each situation until she has a definite handle on it. Dr. Dockter is a KEEPER!
I promise she will do her best to help, no matter the situation. And she really takes time to get to know her patients. I feel she is unafraid to tell it like it is and that is so refreshing.
