Dr. Kakishita is a wonderful dentist for all ages, but she is particularly great with kids! In addition to providing excellent dental care, her balloon animal skills, and prize drawer options are seriously top notch. (We’re talking good toys, not the junky trinkets kids get from most offices.) The girls at the front desk are all fantastic! They took the time to explain in advance how my benefits would work in their office, and gave me an estimate as to what I would owe, so there were no surprises. Since moving from WA, I was kind of worried about finding a new dental office but Aspire is WONDERFUL! From the front desk staff to Silvia (hygienist), everyone is kind, patient, and really personable. Dr. Lisa listened to all of my concerns and gave me great recommendations- the whole experience was non-judgemental and seamless. Highly recommend.
Such a great office! Friendly and professional staff, and I was in and out on time. I really appreciate an office that respects my time, and that does great work.
Sad to say appointment times aren't respected on their end. I've been super happy with Aspire for years but my last few visits have been marked by check in delays. Mind you, they will charge you if you are late tho or have to cancel, and they send you a MILLION reminders about your appointment, only to basically ignore your appointment times. The receptionists just said we haven't forgotten about you while literally forgetting about me and not respecting an appointment time. It works both ways team. And while delays do happe... read more
