So glad I found Dr. Lisa Horschman! If you live in Poulsbo or even in a surrounding area, she is absolutely worth the trip. Dr. Horschman’s chair side manner is impeccable! Her professionalism extends from her meticulous dental skills and attention to detail, to her genuine concern for the patient’s comfort and fantastic communication letting her patient know what’s going on. Support staff is just as amazing! Industry leading dental technicians and wonderful front office professionals to a person! To top it off with the great soundtrack playing in the background, and you have the best dental clinic ever!
Everyone was wonderful, doc genuinely cares, takes the time to educate and listen. Seems to be trying to make environmental, holistic choices with the office and recommendations. Because of several insurance changes, I’ve been to like 5 different dentists in the last 10 years and told them all about a problem I had and they said it wasn’t a big deal, she did a quick and affordable filling and it’s been such a great difference.
I have anxiety about teeth cleaning due to sensitivity and pain, but this office is amazing! They are very understanding, gentle, and use new equipment/technology for everything. I've had no pain during my visits, and I'm so happy!
I don’t know what happened but their service really fell off a cliff. Good dentistry if you can get past the front desk
