Dr. Heuer, is amazing. Her approach to healthy eating is based on medical science and not current fads. I have lost about 45 lbs so far. I have never enjoyed my meals as much (nor eaten so many vegetables!). I am never deprived. I no longer feel the need to eat until I am full, just till I am sated. I would recommend the doctor to anyone who feels they need help to lose weight.
