Horrible experience when l found out she overcharged me for an ultrasound. It seems like they abuse insurance and people never realize it. l regret to choose this facility and ob emm.
I should’ve switched to Dr. Emm years ago. My previous doctor was fine but her staff were a different story (particularly her nurse). Had my first appt w Dr. Emm and was taken into the exam room within a few minutes of being there. The nurse was wonderful- personable, knowledgeable and caring. Very disappointed in the rude treatment my pcp office received from the receptionist Kaitlyn and the nurses after trying to just get a simple answer of why I was refused as a new referral. I was referred to this office by several patients who said Dr Emm was a very good doctor but the staff could use some lessons in manners, professionalism and courtesy
