This place COMPLETELY dropped the ball on me today!! I made this appointment with Dr Emm almost two months ago and had to take a half day off work as I own a business that also books around clients appointments. I book out weeks in advance and make $$$$ per hour, so I lose quite a bit of money when I do take off work. I filled out their four page patient paperwork (both sides) as soon as I got it so I was prepared for said appointment, and also arrived 30 minutes early and sat in the parking lot as I had cleared the rest of ... read more

Horrible experience when l found out she overcharged me for an ultrasound. It seems like they abuse insurance and people never realize it. l regret to choose this facility and ob emm.
I should’ve switched to Dr. Emm years ago. My previous doctor was fine but her staff were a different story (particularly her nurse). Had my first appt w Dr. Emm and was taken into the exam room within a few minutes of being there. The nurse was wonderful- personable, knowledgeable and caring. A few minutes later Dr. Emm saw me and she is knowledgeable with great bedside manner. I was in and out with a thorough exam in under 30 minutes.
