I was a patient in this office for about 7 months. On average I spent 3-4 hours at this office waiting to be seen and treated. I don’t know why I endured this for this long. The office staff which is one person operation was not super nice. Dr. Fogle seemed knowledgeable in her area. I saw a 94 year old woman with dementia waiting for 3 hours in this office. Super loving and caring doctor.
Prepare to wait! My mother’s appointment was at 945 and we did not see the doctor until 1150! 2 hours is a very poorly run office. I understand emergencies happen. But this is every time she comes to the office with no apologies. Just the “well some cases are more advanced”. Fine but plan for those advance cases so the rest of us don’t have to suffer.
My experience with Dr Fogel has been excellent. I found her by chance and lucked out with quality care for my vitreous detachment.
