Well I let the first time go when my daughter was an infant for her first Dr. Appointment but today 8 years later the same tactic intensified by the new kiosk. I am a person that is on time but as we all know some times traffic, and uncontrollable circumstances make you late and we called when in the parking lot. We checked in 1 minute late and this office once again would not see us and sent us away with no valid reason other then you were 1 minute late. Absolutely ridiculous! Dr. Diard is truly amazing! We love that she takes her time with each patient. She is very knowledgeable and responsive. Her demeanor is very calming.
Dr. Diard has dealt with our preemie baby to the most professional degree. To say that he has had some challenges in his life is an understatement. She is always informed about the outcome of our other appointments. She is proactive in helping our child live his best, most successful life. She personally calls me when it is something that she needs to address. She NEVER makes me feel rushed during an appointment or on the phone.
