I have been going to Dr. Lisa Chan for probably 15+ years. She has always given me excellent care and truly listens to me in my appointment time. She also saved my Mom's life, in my opinion after she had open heart surgery at the age of 80. The surgery was performed by a Cardiologist in the Memorial Herman network. When she had complications after of being nauseated 24/7 and was losing weight, I talked to multiple doctors, including a Gastroenterologist. My father has been going to Dr. Chan for many years. It's sad to see that Dr. Chan did not give my father the proper care. She was negligent on the medication she had prescribed him which has caused a rollercoaster of problems with his health. Never would follow up with blood work just refill medications to basically shut him up and get him out of the office. My father was prescribed medication that was impending his diabetes. It's very upsetting and I hope this is not her ongoing treatment she gives to other patients! Thank... read more
