I have never had a doctor cancel as many appointments as Dr. Carol. I completely understand that things happen, but having multiple cancellations and then being told it would be months before I could reschedule was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have five children and understand busy schedules, but this was beyond reasonable. When I would finally see the doctor, my appointment were always rushed through. I would not recommend Dr. Carol

I think I may find another doctor. Not because of Dr Lisa Carroll, but because of the way this place operates. They cancelled on me and instead of making me a priority for a rescheduled appt, I am now pushed way down the list for over 3 months out. Shouldn't those of us that were cancelled BY the OFFICE be able to have an appt sooner than if we just called to make a new appt? THEY cancelled, I did not. Also, you also cannot get thru to the office directly. No personal service at all. Horrible.

I’ve been going to this office for a couple of years. Yes, the vibe is frosty, but I just needed a dermatologist, not a friend. Last October she found two “atypical” moles on me, and I was advised to have a derm punch on them very soon. Made appt for before Thanksgiving. It was rescheduled for December because the Dr had an accident. That appointment was cancelled and move to a date in early January. That was cancelled to another date in January. Horrible. Dr office rude wants a credit card on file. Pissed that we don't use credit cards. We waited 6 months for appointment as Dr Carroll was sick and cancelled an hour prior. Then when we were there filling outbthe new paperwork the receptionist is all up in our business. While I talked to my husband she says you CAN leave. She is listening to our conversation. I had a great visit with Dr. Carroll. She is very friendly and was gentle and compassionate during my procedure. I highly recommend her!
