Horrible! They don't communicate very well at all don't waste your time.
Went to him for brachial neuritis and dermatitis and he orders a heart sonogram! He never addressed the nerve damage. I refused to do the test and he dropped me as a patient. Unnecessary tests just to charge the insurance company! FRAUD!!
when he is not available to see patients, he does not have a backup plam. he was away from the office for a week and a half and did not have a doctor available to take his patients
Dr. Garay did not answer any of my questions! He ignored my concerns and brushed off my suggestions. He talked down to me instead of considering my feelings.
GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF. I WAS SEEN IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE DOCTOR WAS VERY POLITE AND SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH ME.
We saw the doctor for a possible lazy eye lid problem for our 11 month old son. The doctor was polite & cheerful but from her feedback I didn't get the impression that she was very knowledgeable (though it may be the result of not much being wrong with our son's eye). The problem arose when they sent an additional bill of $45 for refraction (vision) test which was not covered by insurance. We had no clue this procedure was being done.
