I sought an evaluation with Dr. Phillipe Kleefield to better understand lifelong ADHD symptoms—especially after my daughter was diagnosed (through Konick and Associates- which was a wonderful experiencefor her and for us as her parents) and I described watching her as “a home movie of myself.” My diagnosis was ultimately dismissed due to a lack of third-party input from before age 12—something I clearly stated upfront wasn’t possible due to family estrangement. They bill you separately for what they call incedentals. Which in reality is office supplies. I have never had a office charge me to complete the tests they perform. Update now they are holding the test results until Bill is paid. Which is against the law. I am currently reporting them to my insurance company and the ama.
