Not happy. Have been a patient for many, many years and called at 11am with UTI symptoms. Left message with front desk. Didn't hear back from Nicole until 3pm stating she needed to hear my symptoms to bring to Dr. Butler, so she could let me know what I should do, but at after 7pm still hadn't heard back from anyone at office. I guess people with infection symptoms aren't a priority. I had to enlist the help from my pharmacist to get some relief and get through the night. We became Dr Butler's patients after our Primary Care Physician, Dr Roger Hall retired. After beng under Dr Hall's care for 25 plus years, its challenging to develop new relationships with any new doctor. Dr Butler was highly recommended by our pain MD.
