Maybe the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. She was rude, abrasive and frankly just not that intelligent. I wish I had known how to report a doctor, or to whom. She's less than one star, she's out there doing harm.
Dr Ballinger is a knowledgeable and kind professional. I have been her patient for 20 years.
I don't have any problem with the doctor because I didn't see the doctor yet. Just because of the Secretary's attitude. So I found Dr. Lisa Ballinger from the website because I didn't have any family doctor. I decided to make an appointment, the secretary gave me the 29th of February which they don't even open on Saturdays. Plus far as I know, many family doctors (secretaries) must call their patients before the appointment date just to remember them to know about their excatly appointment dates. Both Dr. Ballinger and the lady at the reception were very helpful and caring. I had been trying to see my family physician but she didn't have any room as usual. I decided to see another doctor as my lower back got me concerned with some pain for a few days after my workout session. I called the after hour care program and found out about Dr. Ballinger who accepts patients on Tuesdays.
