Unfortunately, I haven’t even been able to see the doctor, so this review is based entirely on my experience trying to communicate with the office. It saddens me because, even if a doctor is considered one of the best, the way an office operates and treats its patients matters just as much. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Lisa Aenlle’s office today. I called because I urgently need to schedule a follow-up appointment with my neurologist. I was in the ER on Sunday and was specifically instructed to follow up with my neurologist as soon as possible. I also saw my cardiologist today, who again advised me to see my neurologist ASAP. Allow between 35 minutes and 1 hour 20 minutes for delayed appointment regardless of time of day. 2 years of experience. We chose first appointment of the day for last event (07:30) and got in 63 minutes late. Appointments are not rushed once in and doctor is good listener and seems genuinely interested.
