If I could give her zero stars, I would! A couple of years ago, I was looking for a new neurologist. Her office demanded that I send all of my records to her office for her to review. I recently moved to the area so that request was fairly complicated but I complied. I have Essential Tremor and Dystonia. I was in search of the best treatment options for my symptoms at the time. I was charged $100 as an appointment "No Show". I called the day before my scheduled appointment and of course no one answered the phone so I left a message with the Dr's nurse to please call me back so that I could rescheduled my appointment. She didn't call me back that day nor any day after. I've paid the $100 after explaining the situation SEVERAL times, but was told the Dr wouldn't approve my explanation. Seems rather unethical to me.

Unfortunately, I haven’t even been able to see the doctor, so this review is based entirely on my experience trying to communicate with the office. It saddens me because, even if a doctor is considered one of the best, the way an office operates and treats its patients matters just as much. Trying to reach this office has been incredibly frustrating. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Lisa Aenlle’s office today. I called because I urgently need to schedule a follow-up appointment with my neurologist. I was in the ER on Sunday and was specifically instructed to follow up with my neurologist as soon as possible. I also saw my cardiologist today, who again advised me to see my neurologist ASAP.
