I had two visits- one consult and one test for eye lids. My initial wait was one hour over my appointment time. I almost left but Dr. Mansueto was very good with the consult so I was guarded but happy I stayed. Horrible staff empathy about the wait.I followed up with a test in mid-June and never heard any results. I called and spoke to Chris who assured me someone would get back to me. Crickets. I called one week later and was told someone called that morning. No messages or missed calls. Asked for a return call and now 36 h... read more

Like Dr. Mansueto, I am an ophthalmologist. Over the course of five phone calls over two days, I attempted to refer a patient for oculoplastic surgery. I was told that after each of those phone calls I would be called back bye her technician and then her personal assistant. I never received a call from anyone. Dr. Mansueto's education and reputation are excellent. Using her as a resource for Oculoplastic surgery is completely impractical. I will have to refer my patient to another Oculoplastic surgeon as a Results of the abs... read more

So grateful for such a skilled surgeon. I had a significant trauma to my eye orbit. Blow out fracture of the floor, medial and lateral fractures. How nice it is to be handled by a true expert in her craft, even the hospital staff in pre-op were impressed with who my surgeon was. No one can tell that anything ever happened, my eyes track correctly, no visible scars. My highest recommendations.

Dr. Mansueto had previously fixed my hooded eyes, which were starting to be a problem. She offered a further lift at a reasonable cost increase, which I declined. This time, I found a tiny lump at the bottom of an eye orbit, and it proved to be a follicular lymphoma. No one can even manage to see the incision line under the bottom lashes, and the post-radiation scans are looking good a year later. I could not be happier with her and the work she's done on my eyes. Everyone at every level of the practice is absolutely top not... read more

I came in contact with Dr. Mansueto after being diagnosed with a tumor between my eye and brain. Dr. Mansueto immediately ordered a CT Scan to assure that the tumor had not reached the brain as well as affected the bone. Dr. Mansueto told us up front she thought I had Non Hodgkins Lymphoma of the Ocular Orbit but could not be sure till we were able to secure a frozen section and sent it to pathology. Sure enough she was correct and I am now on my way to recovery. If you looked at me you would not know that I had any type of ... read more

Dr Mansueto is a wonderful caring physician. She is careful and really cares about her patients and the results they receive from surgery. I am so grateful to her for her care of my husband, Ron.

I had an appointment at 10:30amand was told to arrive at 10:15 for paperwork. I walked in the door at 10:10 to be safe. Completed the paperwork in 5 minutes and then waited to be called back until 11am. I politely and calmly asked how much longer I would be waiting in the room for the doctor because I had to go to work. I was told flatly that there were 4 patients ahead of me and there was no guarantee I would see the doctor before 11:30. I left. Don't waste your time with this office.
