I love my crowns, they feel and look natural but staying for 8 hours for dental service is crazy. I never want to sit in the dental office for 8 hours ever again

I found this office during a desperate search as my previous office abruptly closed without notice in which I had fully paid for my fast braces and they were not complete yet. Dr. Zhang was completely AMAZING. I had been searching for someone to complete my care in which they wouldn’t because I already had braces. I had an unacceptable experience at this dental office. I arrived at 9:00 a.m., right when the office opened, and was left sitting in a patient room for approximately two hours with little to no communication. Meanwhile, patients who arrived after me were being seen. If multiple patients are scheduled for the same time while there is only one dentist and limited staff available, the office needs to schedule appropriately or at least communicate delays to patients.
