It was a brief first visit. He explained in detail what he thought was the issue, the next steps, and other possible solutions if the first one didn’t work.
Dr Hauser took time to ask questions and figure out what was going on and has a clear treatment plan mapped out.
This was the first time I met Dr Ritterman who was very friendly & put me at ease. He listened to me & didn't dismiss my concerns. I will definitely return to see him.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Pleasant staff. Minimal waiting. Dr Chou explained what he was going to do and why. Since the shots were painful he paused in the middle so my body would have a chance to settle down. While he was administering the shots, he kept up a pleasant and engaging conversation. I believe he does this as a distraction from the needle sticks and is a good thing. He made me very comfortable.
Dr. Ritterman was very informative & explained everything so that my husband & I could understand.
Dr. Zamarin and his staff were excellent!
