AS always.... Dr.Ng is the best ped. As everyone above said, he is extremely attentive and never rush his patient. He is open to any question and answer it one by one and make sure we understand. I wish I am as patience as he is. Youare teh best Dr. Ng and Jessie the head nurse !!!!! Long live Dr. Ng
Wow, we love him, I have looked for a good ped for a Long time, he actually spends time with you and cares about prevention and the way he communicates with the children is really special. He really cares and he cares about prevention which is awsome. His staff is really on top of it and friendly and nice. We didn't have to wait like all the other peds. that would over book. Dr. Ng is very good. But the front office staffers are the problem. Usual wait time when calling in is over 30 minute. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and just plan don't care. Being with Dr. Ng for over 20 years. However, I have had it with their staffers
Excellent pediatrician! Truly attentive to needs. My son loves visiting him! Dr. Ng takes a more realistic approach to medicine.
EXTREMELY HELPFUL! You can see that he actually cares about his patients. He is also more than happy to spend the extra time to answer questions. He's also very patient and tells you how to prevent your problems or illnesses. Definitely recommended!
