Agree with other review, doctor is rushed and uncaring. It would be difficult to have a patient / doctor relationship. I chose to go to another provider that actually cares about my dental issues and who was appreciative of the business that I gave him. The staff have no customer service skills whatsoever and are downright rude. I was not impressed, either, with the cleanliness of the facility.
Dr.is rushed, doesn't listen to patients needs, wants only big money, do not recommend...sent me away with pain..said he couldn't do anything.. tried to ask him more questions and he just walked away..nurse told me we were done...
My 88 year old father was referred to Dr. Candelaria by his family dentist to have two teeth extracted. Some complications resulted in the need for several follow-up visits. Dr. Candelaria did not charge my father for any of the follow up visits. More important, he worked my father into his already crammed schedule, communicated thoughtfully and clearly every step of the way, and resolved the problems in a professional and timely manner. I was sent to Dr. Candelaria to get a dental implant by another dentist. He looked at my x-rays and how the area looked around my bridge and decided that doing an implant was not the smartest thing to do. He said the bridge was doing its job and we should not "mess with what is perfect". He also took care of my husband for free when another dentist cut a nerve in his mouth.
