BEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST EVER!!! Dr. Tsai and the team are so knowledgable, kind, and helpful! This is not just a typical pediatric dentist practice, they go above and beyond in so many ways that I have never experienced anywhere else. Best place for my little 16 mon old baby, had a okay place and beautiful setting. The staff was amazing too as they explained and taught me what to do. They paid attention to our routine to make sure we can add the teeth brushing habit. They also were great when he was crying, that was very important for him. He also got little goody bag to start us off on our moth journey!
The team at CarlsbaDDS is great! Always so kind and communicative and do their best to make my daughter feel comfortable and cared for.
We love this dentist office and the team of women that work here. We switched to this office 4 years ago and we have had only positive experiences with the Doctor and her team of hygienists. Super friendly, very patient and kind to my boys who are now 9 and 12.
