Most thorough and knowledgeable doctor. Takes her time to get to know you. So glad I found her!
Dr. Gu is a very unprofessional doctor who only cares about money. She will make fraud claims to your insurance for reimbursement and even for services not provided. She refuses to communicate respectfully and professionally to patients and rather chooses to yell at patients and ignore their concerns. I would warn any patients who are looking to find a PCP to avoid this bad doctor as this experience with this doctor was a horrible and money draining experience.
This doctor is the worse doctor I’ve ever encounter. She is unprofessional. She won’t call you when you ask to speak to her. She will always ask for you to go to her office and make an appointment for simple questions so she can charge your insurance. After calling her office multiple times asking to speak to her about lab results she did, she finally picked up the phone and yelled at me because I was calling her about if medication was needed for something that came up in the blood work results.
