I remember delivering twins via C-Section and being given Tylenol and Motrin to rotate for pain back in 2016 though I have no history of EVER taking drugs. When the nurse said something to Dr. Haley, she came back to my room to reprimand me for not telling her directly and making her look unprofessional. I thought pain management was a given with someone who is high risk has a surgery. If you are a patient and a POC, proceed with caution and be sure to advocate for yourself otherwise, it’ll be a painful delivery.
I could not be more disappointed after everything that occurred today. I have been a patient for 7+ years, the longest I've ever had the same doctor. I scheduled an appointment almost 2 months ago because of the limited availability for Dr. Haley (only one of her days coincides with a day I was able to do), which was fine because I liked her so much. Dr Haley is always personable and I truly feel like she takes time with her patients to listen. I’ve been seeing her for 7+ years. When I moved to Fort Worth I tried another OBGYN but ended up coming back to Dallas just to see her.
