Dr. Finklea has the best bedside manner! She sees my son and I for our skin issues. She really takes the time answering our questions. She explains everything thoroughly, while coming up with the best treatment plan.
I am very anxious at doctor's offices however, Dr. Finklea helped me feel calm as soon as she entered the room. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she reminds me of the way you were treated when a physician would come to your home. She saw the issues and it was taken care of before I knew it. Totally painless. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a Dermatologist.
Can't say enough about this intelligent, professional and kind physician. I highly recommend her to everyone and I know my family and I will definitely use her again.
After moving to San Antonio recently, I needed to find a new Dermatologist and after doing a lot research, decided to go with Dr Finklea and couldn't be any happier with my decision. She is fantastic! Her bedside manners are great! S Not only is she super knowledgeable, but also very friendly and approachable. Her staff also gets praises from me, as they are very cordial and quite helpful.
I have never met a doctor more caring and nurturing than Dr. Finklea! She made eye contact, spoke very gently and compassionately. She made me feel comfortable and calm. This kind of bedside manner is so hard to find these days. I am very appreciative of this lovely person, and EXCELLENT doctor :)

I have never felt more comfortable than I did with her! She's so kind and she really cares about making you feel better with what ever is wrong. She was very charismatic and this will be the only doctor I see.
